July 2021 | Kurami, a premium delivery service offering nutritionist approved, freshly prepared meal paths to their customers has collaborated with Lucy Carr-Ellison and Jemima Jones, co-founders of Tart London and Wild by Tart restaurant to create a limited edition summer menu. Launching in July 2021, Tart London and Kurami have developed a seasonal guest chef meal path which will be available to order via the Kurami website.
Kurami and Tart London share a similar ethos around packing flavour and goodness into all dishes. The guest meal path will showcase Lucy and Jemima’s approach to cooking and eating by creating colourful, fresh and wholesome veggie and meat based dishes, as well as a selection of snacks and drinks. Known for their bold and bright food, the recipes have been thoughtfully designed to incorporate the best ingredients at the peak of the season into each individual dish.
The Tart London menu will feature vegetable based dishes such as Braised artichokes, broad beans, and peas with haricot beans, mint and lemon alongside Smoked trout with fennel, dill, radish and new potatoes, pickled red onion and capers. There will also be sweet snacks such as Spiced carrot cakes and Chocolate and cashew nut butter cups.
Kurami’s team of chefs work closely with their in-house registered nutritionist to ensure science and flavours are married together, providing delicious, nutritious and fresh dishes. Fusing ancient ingredients and fibre-filled foods, Kurami makes it simple for people to eat and live well, offering dishes that leave their clients feeling energised, motivated and filled with positivity when paired with a mindful and balanced lifestyle.
Lucy Carr-Ellison and Jemima Jones, co-founders of Tart London and Wild by Tart note:
